Le je\u00fbne intermittent (IF) est devenu un mode de vie populaire ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, bien qu&rsquo;il existe depuis longtemps dans des contextes religieux et culturels (Ahmed et al., 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"   id=\"h-les-diff-rentes-pratiques-du-je-ne-intermittent\"><strong>\ud83d\udccaLes Diff\u00e9rentes Pratiques du Je\u00fbne Intermittent<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le je\u00fbne intermittent (IF) couvre plusieurs m\u00e9thodes sp\u00e9cifiques. Le je\u00fbne sur deux jours (ADF), la restriction \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique intermittente (IER), l&rsquo;alimentation limit\u00e9e dans le temps (TRF) et le je\u00fbne du Ramadan sont diff\u00e9rents sous-types d&rsquo;IF (Correia et al., 2021). Le ADF implique une alternance de jours de je\u00fbne et d&rsquo;alimentation, tandis que le TRF se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 l&rsquo;apport \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique quotidien limit\u00e9 \u00e0 une p\u00e9riode de 4 \u00e0 12 heures (Patterson et al., 2018). Le je\u00fbne du Ramadan inclut un seul repas avant l&rsquo;aube ou apr\u00e8s le coucher du soleil (Patterson et al., 2018). Un autre r\u00e9gime alimentaire modifi\u00e9 diff\u00e8re des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents en consommant des aliments extr\u00eamement peu caloriques 2 \u00e0 3 jours par semaine (Patterson et al., 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"   id=\"h-le-je-ne-intermittent-un-traitement-di-t-tique\"><strong>\ud83c\udf4fLe Je\u00fbne Intermittent : Un Traitement Di\u00e9t\u00e9tique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le je\u00fbne intermittent est une strat\u00e9gie pour r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;apport \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique hebdomadaire par le je\u00fbne. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 chez des patients en surpoids ou ob\u00e8ses pour perdre du poids. Gu et al. (2022) ont rapport\u00e9 que l&rsquo;IF est plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour am\u00e9liorer le poids corporel, le tour de taille (WC) et la masse grasse (FM) sans affecter la masse corporelle maigre compar\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;intervention alimentaire. L&rsquo;IF am\u00e9liore \u00e9galement la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;insuline et l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des lipides sanguins, tout en \u00e9tant comparable \u00e0 la RC. Les effets de l&rsquo;IF varient selon les mod\u00e8les et les populations.
